Services
Lomvico provides acoustic diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance services for residential properties in Chile. Services include sound level measurement, acoustic analysis, treatment installation, and verification testing.
Diagnostic Services
Diagnostic visits include on-site measurement using calibrated equipment, analysis of transmission paths, and written report with recommendations. Diagnostic fees are separate from treatment costs. Recommendations are based on measurements taken during diagnosis but actual results may vary based on implementation and site conditions.
Treatment Services
Treatment services include installation of acoustic solutions as agreed in project scope. Installation scheduling depends on material availability and site access. Client is responsible for providing access to work areas and coordinating with building management if required.
Measurements and Verification
Pre-treatment and post-treatment measurements are conducted under similar conditions to document improvement. Measurements reflect acoustic performance at time of testing. Ongoing performance depends on proper maintenance of installed treatments.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans include scheduled inspections and minor repairs as described in plan details. Major repairs or replacement of damaged components are billed separately. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Payment Terms
Diagnostic services are paid at time of service. Treatment projects require deposit before work begins with balance due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed according to agreed schedule.
Limitation of Liability
Lomvico provides professional acoustic services based on industry standards and measurement data. We are not liable for noise sources outside our control or for acoustic performance affected by modifications made after treatment installation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copiapó, Chile.
